LOCAL PLACE PLAN – ensuring investment in our community

We need your views!

Kiltearn Community Council are developing a Local Place Plan and have launched a Place Standard survey to get your views about living in this area and how we can work towards a greener and more sustainable future.

This will inform future planning and in line with legislative and advisory frameworks will feed into the Inner Moray Firth Development Plan which will in turn, influence decisions at local and national level.  This initiative will play an important role in informing the future development in the area this will ensure that the community’s views are included.
